Things have been crazy busy and little real recipe cooking has been done. Mostly we have just been throwing easy things together at home.

I really want to make the cheesecake you posted about maybe a year ago? It’s a chocolate cheesecake recipe. I was wondering– for the 1/2 block of soft tofu, how many ounces or grams is that? Do you mean 1/2 a block of the Mori-nu packaged stuff, or the refrigerated tofu? Thanks so much.

mmmm… A Single Pebble. I just can’t shut up about how great their seitan is. Yum! Now I’m going to have to whine for a while because I live too far away.
